level 2 shows 1 digit numbers like 7.0
level 3 shows 2 digit numbers like 35.00
level 4 shows 1 digit with 2 decimals like 5.45
level 5 shows 2 digits with 2 decimals like 56.78
the process in each case is similar but each case has its own procedure too
